I paid and the game still wants me to pay

Open the account icon at the top of the home screen and press “Restore purchases”. That asks the App Store or Google Play directly, and it works even before you have signed in.

If you bought on the website rather than in the app, sign in with the email address you paid with — the purchase is attached to that account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On an iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lingo Sperm. Only Apple can cancel an App Store subscription; we cannot do it for you, and deleting the app does not do it either.

On Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lingo Sperm. Only Google can cancel a Google Play subscription, and uninstalling the app does not do it either.

On the website: your Whop membership settings.

How do I delete my account?

Account icon → “Delete my account”. Your kids, your word list, your run history and your purchase record go immediately.

No app to hand? Write to galekkarmanov@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. If you signed in with Google, the same button is also on the website: sign in at lingo-sperm.online and open the account icon.

The sign-in itself is shared with Merumi, another app by the same developer. If you have used Merumi, we keep the login and delete only this game's data, so that your Merumi account survives. The app tells you which one happened.

I lost my progress

Progress lives on the device unless you are signed in. If you signed in before, sign in again on the new device and it comes back. If you never did, there is unfortunately nothing for us to restore — we would need an account to have stored it against.
